    1. In the field of new energy vehicle batteries
           Thermal management system protection: Polyimide film can be used as a battery separator coating for long-term use at temperatures up to 300 ℃, preventing the separator from melting and shrinking at high temperatures and preventing short circuits between the positive and negative electrodes. The composite film made by adding thermal conductive fillers can quickly conduct battery heat and avoid local overheating.
           Battery insulation and packaging: It has good flexibility and chemical stability, and can be used as insulation, sealing, and packaging materials for batteries to prevent electrolyte corrosion of other components and prevent electrolyte leakage. In lithium sulfur batteries, it can prevent the leakage of polysulfides and extend the battery cycle life.
